Shipping & Returns

It is business as usual in the Babiators office so we are meeting our dispatch commitments of 1-2 days for standard orders and same day dispatch for Express orders placed before 12 noon on a business day.

Both of our delivery partners - Australia Post and TOLL couriers - are experiencing delays to their usual delivery timeframes.

Australia Post have removed the Express Post guarantee from their Express service, however Express Post items will still beat something sent by standard post. We are doing everything we can to get your order out the door quickly so as to minise the impact of these delays to you, our amazing customer.

We have recently reduced our Express Post cost to $9.95 to make it that little bit more accessible and we have also introduced an option for an Express Post Upgrade for only $3 on those orders over $75 where standard shipping is included.

We highly recommend choosing one of these options if receipt of your order is time sensitive.

We also have plenty of hand sanister on board and are commited to regular handwashing and a COVID safe warehouse for the speedy dispatch of your order.

Australia

Flat rate shipping is $7.95 or free shipping on orders over $75.

Express Shipping via Australia Post - $9.95

New Zealand

Flat rate shipping $15.95.

Sorry, we do not ship to countries other than Australia and NZ as we are the local distributor. 

Express Post orders made before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day they are placed.

All express orders placed over the weekend will ship on a Monday.

Standard orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

We are pretty quick generally, but like you we are juggling business/work with kids and life.

So if your order has a specific timeframe, please let us know in the notes of your order or email hello@thebrushies.com.au before ordering to confirm we can meet your timeline xo

Australia 
We use a combination of Australia Post and TOLL couriers for delivery of our orders.

During COVID-19, we have noticed a definite increase in delivery timeframes across all our networks.

Please note: Australia Post has removed their EXPRESS POST guarantee. Express items are still beating the standard post but we are unable to guarantee what the timeframe will look like. 

New Zealand
Australia Post are a little slow to NZ, sorry, so just be patient with us :) We do send everything Express Post to get them to you as quickly as possible! Generally NZ delivery is 7-10 working days.

Please consider the info above in "When will you dispatch my order" when calculating ETAs, and if you have a specific timeline please add a note in the comments on your order xo

Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packaging.

You must email us and request a return or exchange prior to shipping your item.

When shipping your item back to us, please include a description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as The Brushies is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

And please be aware that if the item is not returned in a saleable condition we will not be able to process the refund/exchange. We recommend you send the return item in the same mailing box that we sent it to you in for the best chance of it arriving in a good condition.

If you are requesting a refund, refunds are calculated on product only as we can not refund shipping.
